Return Policy

At Atkins Curling Supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

– The item must be unused, undamaged, and in a resellable condition.
– The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
– The customer must obtain a return approval from Atkins Curling Supplies before sending the item back. To request a return approval please contact us.
– The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs and fees associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable and insured service to ensure the safe delivery of your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
– International orders must contact us for special instructions regarding customs declaration. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If your refund or exchange is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the original delivery address.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions or that is sent without a return approval.
