What is Sublimation? Modern sublimation technology has made it easy to enter the world of digital apparel printing. New advances in sublimation printing systems have yielded high-definition (HD) printing quality, a wider range of stunning colors, faster printing speeds and simplified graphics setups.
Sublimation is unique in that it involves inks that bond to the fabric fibers at a sub-surface level, rather than to the surface as most other apparel decoration inks do. Sublimation relies on molecular bonding to attach and recolor the fabric’s fibers, resulting in an image that will not crack, peel or fade when washed. Therefore, sublimation is ideal for products such as team apparel, which undergoes a lot of physical stress and numerous washings in its lifetime.

Designs: Designs can be adapted to many sports, soccer, baseball, football, hockey, cycling, dragon boating and more. Contact us for your specific needs. Or if you have your own design, we can help customize for you, designs and colours are pretty much limitless.
When making an inquiry of a design please note the design number, let us know your desired Pantone Color Numbers for each colour to compliment your desired colour scheme. example: Base, A, B, C etc. Note: When colours are printed on fabric there might be slight variations from actual PMS colour charts, production does their best to match PMS colours however inks do print differently on different fabrics. When viewing PMS colours they will vary from monitor to monitor.

Sizing: These products are available for Men, Women & Youth. Sizing information and size charts will be made available during the ordering process. Please contact us for details.
Fabrics: Shirts are manufactured from moisture wicking polyester/spandex. Jackets are performance polyester shell, with full front zipper and 2 zipper pockets. New Manufacturer, New Improved Fit & Improved Fabric for 2022! No price increase.

- 1/4 Zip Short Sleeve Performance Shirts – $69.95

Set-up fee – $75 per design Includes colour scheme customization, placement of sponsor logos, names & number placement (maximum 2 revisions, additional revisions $30 per).
Sponsor Logos are required in vector format. Adobe Illustrator .ai or .eps or workable PDF files or equivalent, text converted to outlines. JPEG’s, Gifs, etc. will be accepted but will need to be converted to vector format at a cost of $25 per logo. Player names and numbers will be added at no extra charge.

Minimum order is 4 per style, NO additional set-up fees for additional styles when ordered at the same time. ie. only 1 set-up fee of $75 total when ordering both jacket and shirt styles (must be same design).
