Custom Sublimated Sportswear
Create fully customized sportswear for curling, soccer, baseball, football, hockey, cycling, dragon boating, and more. Choose from our stock designs or send your own. We customize colours, logos, names, and numbers using high‑quality, moisture‑wicking fabrics built for performance and durability.
How to Order
Choose a design Browse our stock designs and note the design number. If you provide your own design, additional design fees may apply.
Select your colours Provide HEX colour numbers for each part of the design. Colours may vary slightly due to fabric type, printing method, and screen differences.
Send your sponsor logos Vector files required (.ai, .eps, or workable PDF). Non‑vector logos can be converted for $25 each.
Provide names, numbers, and sizes Player names and numbers are included at no extra charge. Matching sizing information is required.
Choose your styles and sizes Men’s, women’s, and youth size charts are available. Shirts are polyester/spandex; jackets are performance polyester.
Team Package
A value‑focused package designed for teams of four. Each player receives one stretch polo shirt and one full‑zip jacket. To keep costs economical, we’ve simplified some features without compromising quality. Our supplier maintains stock of all shirt and jacket panels for fast production and consistent results.

Design & Setup Fees
One‑time setup fee: $100 per design (includes colour customization, sponsor logos, names, numbers; max 2 revisions).
Mixed‑gender packages or additional gender‑specific apparel: + $50 (extra templates required).
Non‑stock designs: typically + $100. Taxes and shipping extra.
Production & Delivery
You’ll receive a mock‑up for approval before printing. Orders typically arrive within 3–4 weeks after final artwork approval and payment. Express shipping is available and often delivers in 7–14 days, however we no longer recommend Express Shipping due to the significant increase in cost over the past year.
Air shipments with DHL, FedEx, and UPS have more than doubled. This is largely due to reduced passenger flight routes (meaning less available cargo space), higher fuel surcharges, increased labour costs at sorting hubs, and couriers shifting toward premium‑priced express services. All of these industry‑wide changes have pushed express rates far beyond what most teams find reasonable.
